IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THIS INSTALLATION

1. Observe caution and note below and double check all areas prior to drilling. Refer to Fig. 1 for spacer placement in

assembly.

2. Where the truck bed’s angled corrugation interferes with the mounting rail drill hole, widen hole through truck bed with

a 1 3/8” diameter drill.

3. Instead of using the rail kit’s horseshoe spacer, drop service kit tube spacer (1) through widened hole in truck bed to

prevent crushing bed sill when torqueing 2” carriage bolt.

4. Make sure spacer falls directly between the frame bracket and mounting rail and is fastened tightly with the carriage

bolt.

5. Repeat steps 2-4 for other places of interference. Some installations may require an additional service kit.

MOUNTING RAIL INCLUDED IN RAIL KIT AND ARE SHOWN IN FIG. 1 ONLY FOR INSTALLATION REFERENCE.

Check for obstructions before drilling. Failure to do so could result in damaged fuel or

brake lines, structural members, etc. TOWING PRODUCTS does its best to communicate

tow vehicle manufacturer changes; however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the

installer to prevent damage due to installation.
